Steve Neale Music (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application, Gig Manager, handles your information.
Information You Enter Into the App
Gig Manager allows you to input information (such as event details, contact information, and notes) and to share that information with other users or contacts. This information is stored and processed only on your device and through services or apps you explicitly choose to use for sharing (for example, email, messaging apps, or other export options). You have complete control over what information you enter and share.
No Automatic Data Collection or Remote Storage
Gig Manager does not, in its current version, automatically collect, store, transmit, back up, or analyze any personal data, usage data, or content on servers controlled by Steve Neale Music or on any third-party servers. All data remains on your device unless and until you choose to share or back it up using your own chosen methods or services.
User-Controlled Sharing
Any sharing of information from Gig Manager occurs only when you choose to do so (for example, by exporting or sending details to another user or contact). We do not receive, intercept, store, or otherwise process the content you choose to share beyond what is technically necessary for the app to perform your requested action on your device.
Future Cloud Backup or Sync Features
In the future, Gig Manager may offer optional features such as cloud backup, synchronization across devices, or account-based services. If and when such features are introduced, we will update this Privacy Policy to clearly explain what data is collected, how it is used, where it is stored, and what choices and rights you have. We will not introduce such features without providing an updated Privacy Policy and, where required, obtaining any necessary consents.
Data Sharing and Disclosure by Steve Neale Music
Because Steve Neale Music does not currently receive or store your in-app information on its own servers, we do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose such information to third parties. If you choose to use third-party apps or services (such as email, messaging, or cloud storage) to share or back up your information, their privacy policies and practices will govern that data.
Security
Gig Manager is designed to operate within the security framework of your device’s operating system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, operating system, and any third-party accounts or services you use in connection with the app.
Children’s Privacy
Gig Manager is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not receive data from the app, we have no means to identify or contact individual users.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app’s features, our practices, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice or obtain consent.
